We are searching for a Technical Recruiter to join our team to share and expand the TWG experience with talent all across the industry and the country.

As a Technical Recruiter at TWG, you will:

  • Be responsible for curating and maintaining technical job descriptions
  • Source, recruit, and close top talent
  • Have acute technical knowledge to have meaningful technical conversations and screenings with potential candidates
  • Combine both technical and behavioral interviewing and screening skills to discern the quality and type of talent needed at TWG
  • Be a partner to your hiring teams to help forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Excel at effective and innovative go-to-market communication strategies to capture the interest of talent and create a flow of inbound interest
  • Be active in the tech community to find opportunities for marketing and advertising the mission at Dockwa
  • Be responsible for ATS management and data integrity
  • Be responsible for recruitment metrics and funnel management reporting
  • Adopt and implement best practices around diversity and inclusion sourcing, attraction, and recruitment

We think the best candidates will:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom, and structured)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for tech roles
  • Familiarity with Breezy, Lever, or other Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and URG searches)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of basic HR practices and labor regulations
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant degree

You will work with, and learn from, exceptional leaders across our Product and Technology teams. While not a “management” position, the Technical Recruiter role within TWG is very much a leadership role in its need to help influence and drive the right behaviors around recruitment best practices.

The Wanderlust Group is a unique company. A hybrid B2B and B2C business, we connect boaters to marinas and campers to campgrounds. Because we believe in the value of putting screens down and getting outside, the entire company practices offline Mondays. Spend your Mondays hiking, thinking, reading, sailing. It doesn’t matter as long as you’re not emailing or in meetings. To make sure our customer support stays constant, we stagger our support team days off but ensure they can all enjoy the four-day work weeks too. We also care a lot about the marinas and campgrounds we serve. They are often small businesses playing an important role in the local economy around them. That dedication carries through our work. Finally, because we are wanderers at heart, this position is open to remote candidates.
